My passion for cooking started at a young age through baking bread from scratch with my mom. From there it grew to cooking family dinners most nights. My professional career began with being classically trained in Culinary Arts and with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nutrition. I have worked under the expertise of chefs like Jose Andres, Eric Ripert, Jean-Georges, and Michael White. Bringing people around a table to share in an experience is the driving force behind my continued passion for cooking.
